We are partners in your healing process. We want you to have the information you need about your visits, your treatment experience with us, and your health conditions.
Below are answers to our most frequently asked questions about appointments and insurance. If you need additional information, please contact us at 203.755.NOSS (6677), or click here to contact us online.
Does NOSS accept my insurance?
NOSS participates in most healthcare insurance, including Worker’s Compensation. Your specific coverage will be verified when you book your first appointment. Our expert staff will coordinate with your insurance company regarding any necessary pre-authorizations and specific coverage. At this time we do not accept UnitedHealthcare or Medicaid/State Aid (Husky).
What should I bring to my office visit?
Please bring your insurance card, photo ID, any required insurance co-pay, and a physician’s referral if required by your insurance carrier. We also ask that, if possible, you bring the completed patient registration forms available for download here. You should also bring any relevant test or imaging studies such as X-rays, MRI or CT scans. We accept both film and digital images (on a disc).
