Occupational Therapy

OT is an important aspect of recovery from injury or surgery for many patients; some patients are able to avoid surgery with the support of OT. The focus is on restoring maximum function and enabling the patient to do everyday tasks safely. In our Hand to Shoulder Center, our specialty-trained therapists develop a custom program for each patient. You may need only one, a few, or many visits over a period of time, depending on your personal needs and the goals you set with your therapist.
