Dr. Theera Vachranukunkiet is a double board-certified physician with fellowship training in dynamic electromyography, motor, and gait analysis. Dr. Vachranukunkiet has developed a deep expertise in her field, and prides herself on her exceptional rapport with patients, families, and clinical staff, as well as her clinical acumen, efficiency, and professional integrity.

Dr. Vachranukunkiet has an extensive background in rehabilitation medicine, having served as an attending physician at Moss Rehabilitation at Jefferson Bucks in Langhorne, Pennsylvania, where she was also the part-time medical director of a 12-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation unit. Her leadership was instrumental in overseeing the transition to a new EMR system (EPIC) and developing forms and pathways for the entire PM&R team.

Her experience also includes an outpatient practice at Moss Rehabilitation Hospital in Elkins Park, Pennsylvania, where she contributed as a teaching attending for Temple University and Thomas Jefferson University PM&R residents in electrodiagnostics. Throughout her career, Dr. Vachranukunkiet has been involved in various clinical practices including amputee clinics, orthotic prescriptions, motion control analysis, and diagnostic and therapeutic procedures such as peripheral nerve blocks and botulinum toxin injections.
